Caregivers Who Inspire: The Power of Word-of-Mouth Referrals at Tribute



We’re proud to share that Jeanine Desatnick, Tribute’s Director of Caregiver Talent Acquisition, was recently featured in Home Health Care News in the article “Building An At-Home Care Employee Referral Program” for her leadership in building one of the most effective Caregiver referral programs in the industry.

At Tribute, we believe that the best Caregivers know other great Caregivers. That’s why nearly 50% of our team is hired through word-of-mouth referrals—a remarkable number in home care.

As Jeanine explained in the article, we view every Tribute Caregiver as an ambassador. From day one, they’re invited to help grow our community by referring others who share our values. We make it easy—with custom referral cards, ongoing email campaigns, and even a “legacy” program that reconnects with former team members to invite new referrals.
