As an Executive Director for the Tribute North of Boston office, my responsibility is to ensure an incredible and supportive workplace for our caregivers, and quality of care for our clients. To maintain quality of employment, I ensure caregivers are being hired at a high standard, paid well, have access to training as needed, and have access to a manager 24/7 for support. To maintain quality of care, I ensure our caregivers have what they need to focus on their client, that we have a clear understanding of the goals of services, and that all members of the care team have great communication from the office and are fully equipped to provide outstanding care. I have felt at home at Tribute since I started here in 2015, and I look forward to speaking with you to help you feel at home here too.
Tribute provides services in towns and cities across Essex County and Middlesex County, including Beverly, Reading, North Reading, Andover, Danvers, Peabody, Ipswich, Salem, and Wakefield.
