Julianne Slade, Executive Director

My role is to make sure everyone at Tribute has a great experience – clients, caregivers, families and professionals. I am involved with clients throughout onboarding, the development of care plans, and their ongoing care management. My goal is to make sure each client and family member is happy, with their needs fully met. I am involved with caregivers in providing the education, support, and time needed in order to fully equip them to provide remarkable service. I love the compassionate, reliable, and experienced team we have at Tribute Chicago, and would love for the opportunity to care for you and yours.

Prior to joining Tribute, Allie worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at an outpatient clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science with a minor in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.

Arona has been working in elder care since 2005. She served as Executive Director and Director of Development for two large private home care agencies before joining Tribute. Arona received a Bachelor of Science from UMass Amherst and a Master of Social Work from Salem State University.
