My role at Tribute is to ensure that every client receives consistent quality care every day. At Tribute, we understand that finding a caregiver can be stressful, time-consuming, and overwhelming during what can be a vulnerable and difficult time. Our goal is to make navigating the process of finding dependable and trustworthy home care as easy as possible for our clients. My team and I dedicate all of our many years of experience and knowledge to providing excellent customer support and delivering outstanding quality care. We take great care in who we hire because we believe it is important to partner with those that share our ideals. We provide our Caregiver Associates with the best training and support to provide you with quality care. Prior to joining Tribute, Allie worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at an outpatient clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science with a minor in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.

Partner and COO

Arona has been working in elder care since 2005. She served as Executive Director and Director of Development for two large private home care agencies before joining Tribute. Arona received a Bachelor of Science from UMass Amherst and a Master of Social Work from Salem State University.

He earned his Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Business Operations via Babson College and Goldman Sachs, and his Bachelor’s in Education and Pre-Health professions at the University of Rhode Island.
