Tribute Rise is Growing

Tribute Rise, our new Caregiver skill development program has taken off since its launch earlier this year. Our Caregivers love the new opportunities for training and collaboration with their managers and co-workers. We’re always adding to the program to make it better. Here are four new additions to the program:

1. Caregiver Brand Ambassadors

We started a Brand Ambassador program to enable our Caregivers to share their passion and interests with others. Any Caregiver can now share their talents and passions with many more of our clients.  They are getting out and presenting at community partner events, and participating in job fairs and new hire orientations.

Inez is leading one of her very popular talks about Baltimore’s rich history in this local community.

2. Care Skills Trainers

Caregivers are now helping train new hires. What better way to pass on years of knowledge and experience to those just starting out? They’re meeting with newly hired Caregivers and assisting RNs with competencies and mentoring at shadow visits.

3. Bereavement Support Groups

We know how hard it is to lose a client who’s become like a family member.  All Tribute Caregivers now have access to a licensed grief counselor for private or group support meetings for any losses they have experienced in any aspect of their life.

4. “Rise Above” Merchandise Catalog

Caregivers earn “Achievement Points” for meeting a variety of accomplishments and milestones.  The points can now be redeemed for fun new Tribute merchandise like outerwear, backpacks, hip packs, beanies, and more!

We heard your requests and added new merchandise for staying organized and dressing warm as we head into fall and winter.
