Professional Client Solutions Team

Tribute’s Client Solutions team is dedicated to ensuring that every home care experience is positive, seamless, and supportive. They create comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Serving as your single point of contact, they coordinate care, address concerns, and provide timely updates.

Every Tribute Client Solutions Manager is also a Certified Dementia Care Partner (CDCP), credentialed by the National Institute for Dementia Education. This specialized training equips them with person-centered strategies, proven communication techniques, and practical tools to guide Caregivers and reassure families—especially when navigating the complexities of dementia care.

Your Client Solutions Team is Comprised of These Roles:

Executive Director: Leads the team and ensures everyone is focused and committed to meeting our promise of delivering remarkable Caregivers who provide love, visit after visit.

Client Solutions Manager (CSM): Your main point of contact for client care. They work with you and your family to develop the right care plan and support the Caregiver to ensure care goes smoothly and your client has a great experience. Each CSM is also a Certified Dementia Care Partner (CDCP), trained to coach Caregivers, adapt care plans, and help families manage the unique challenges of dementia with dignity and compassion.

Client Solutions Coordinator (CSC): Works alongside the CSM to oversee the care plan. The CSC is primarily office-based so they can quickly respond to questions, assist with scheduling changes, update care plans, and provide any help needed.

After-Hours Support Manager: We’re prepared for the unexpected. Our phones and emails are staffed with a live team 24/7 to solve anything that comes up at night or over the weekends.

Constant Improvement Through Data

We’re continually enhancing our service through data-driven insights. We track Caregiver performance metrics such as on-time attendance, GPS check-in and check-out locations, match success rates, adherence to policies, and feedback from families and referral partners.

In addition to data, we strengthen our approach through people. Every Client Solutions Manager is a Certified Dementia Care Partner (CDCP), credentialed by the National Institute for Dementia Education. This means that when our analysis highlights opportunities for improvement, our team has the training to implement person-centered strategies, guide Caregivers with practical dementia care tools, and ensure each family’s experience is safe, dignified, and uplifting.

Ongoing Caregiver Support and Oversight

Every Tribute Caregiver is backed by a strong support network, including continuous guidance, ongoing training, and 24/7 access to assistance. To ensure quality care, our Client Solutions Managers make regular in-home visits to check in on the Caregiver, assess the client’s needs, and ensure everything is running smoothly and that your loved one is being treated like family.

Because our Client Solutions Managers are Certified Dementia Care Partners (CDCP), these visits bring an additional level of expertise—helping Caregivers navigate dementia-related behaviors, ensuring safety, and giving families peace of mind that their loved one’s unique needs are understood and respected.
