Why Are We Doing This?

You are doing exceptional work. When one person cares for another, something meaningful happens, and we want to help share that. By participating, you help:

  • Highlight the value of Caregivers
  • Support other Caregivers through shared experience
  • Show what makes care at Tribute different

This is about recognition, connection, and learning from one another.

 

What Will I Be Asked?

You do not need to prepare anything in advance. Charlotte will guide you through a relaxed conversation that may include:

  • Your caregiving journey
  • A meaningful connection with a client
  • A tip, insight, or piece of advice for other Caregivers
  • What being part of Tribute means to you

There are no scripts and no pressure. Just a real conversation.

 

How Does It Work?

  • The interview is recorded during a scheduled video call

  • Charlotte will call you at the scheduled time

  • You will choose the platform that works best for you, typically FaceTime or Zoom

  • The interview lasts 30 minutes and is paid

We make the process easy and respectful of your time.

What Should I Wear or Prepare?

Keep it simple and comfortable

  • Wear your Tribute uniform
  • Choose a quiet, private space
    • Sit in a room with the door closed
    • Stay away from office conversations, TVs, pets, or street noise
  • Set yourself up with good lighting
    • Sit facing a soft light source when possible
    • Avoid sitting directly in front of a window, as bright backlighting can make it hard to see you
    • Natural light or a lamp in front of you works well
  • Keep the background simple
    • A plain wall, white wall, or brick wall is ideal
    • Avoid busy or distracting backgrounds

No special equipment is needed. It does not have to be fancy. We just want you to feel comfortable and be yourself.

Yes. The full 30-minute interview is paid.

No. Charlotte guides the conversation, keeping it relaxed and supportive.

Videos may be shared on Tribute Home Care’s website, social media, and YouTube to celebrate Caregivers and support learning.

4. Can Caregivers in any location participate?
Yes. Caregivers across all Tribute Home Care markets are welcome.

5. Do I need special equipment?
No. A phone or computer with video capability is all you need.
