“Share the Care” Caregiver Referrals
Share the Care is Tribute’s Caregiver referral program. Over 50% of our Caregiver Community came to us through a personal referral and many think of Tribute as an extension of their family. To recognize the love Caregivers have for each other and their clients, we added a charitable donation to every referral… whether they are hired or not. This is in addition to the bonus paid for any referral who joins our team
Caregivers vote to select the cause, as well as how the money raised is applied. Our Share the Care events have met our referral goals and resulted in UNICEF donations for polio vaccines and water purification tablets. We also supported St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
