Share the Care Returns: Caregiver Referrals That Give Back
Some of the best Caregivers at Tribute have come to us through someone who already knows what it means to be part of our Caregiver Community.
In fact, more than 50% of Tribute Caregivers joined us through personal referrals. That simple idea inspired Share the Care, our Caregiver referral program that turns every referral into an opportunity to do even more good.
This fall, we’re excited to bring Share the Care back—and this time, every eligible Caregiver referral will help support UNICEF.
What Is Share the Care?
Share the Care gives Tribute Caregivers another reason to introduce people they know who could be a great fit for our team.
For every eligible Caregiver referral submitted during the campaign, Tribute will donate $10 to UNICEF, whether or not that person is ultimately hired.
If a referral joins the Tribute team and meets the requirements of our Caregiver referral program, the referring Caregiver can also earn a $500 referral bonus.
That means every referral has the opportunity to make an impact.
Why We’re Bringing Share the Care Back
Caregiver referrals have always been important at Tribute because the people who know our Caregiver Community often recognize the qualities that make someone remarkable.
A referral can introduce someone to meaningful work, help Tribute care for more clients and families, and create new opportunities throughout our Caregiver Community.
Share the Care adds one more layer to that impact.
We appreciate when a Caregiver trusts Tribute enough to recommend us to someone they know. By making a charitable donation for every eligible referral—not only those who are hired—we can turn that generosity into an opportunity to help others.
Sharing the Care with UNICEF
This fall, Tribute is proud to support UNICEF through Share the Care.
UNICEF works in more than 190 countries and territories to protect children and help them survive, thrive, and reach their potential. Its work includes health and immunization, nutrition, education, clean water and sanitation, child protection, and humanitarian response.
This isn’t the first time Share the Care has supported UNICEF. In a previous campaign, referrals from our Caregiver Community helped fund water purification efforts capable of providing one million liters of clean water.
We’re excited to support UNICEF again and see what our Caregiver Community can accomplish together.
How Share the Care Works
Participating is simple:
- Think of someone you would recommend. Consider friends, family members, former colleagues, or others you know who are compassionate, dependable, and could make a remarkable Caregiver.
- Submit a Caregiver referral. Complete the Share the Care referral form with their contact information.
- Tribute donates $10 to UNICEF. The donation is made for every eligible referral during the campaign, whether or not the person is hired.
- Earn a $500 referral bonus if they join Tribute. Eligible referring Caregivers can earn the referral bonus when their referral joins our team and meets the program requirements.
One Referral Can Make a Lasting Difference
We’ve seen firsthand how far one Caregiver referral can go. Tribute Caregiver Nuhu Kalule made referrals that resulted in 15 Caregivers joining the Tribute team. Together, those Caregivers went on to serve 189 clients and provide more than 26,000 hours of care.
In this short video, Nuhu shares his advice for recognizing and referring people who could be a great fit for Tribute.
That’s the power of sharing the care: one thoughtful referral can create opportunities for Caregivers, support more clients and families, and strengthen the Tribute community.
